Lotus Lampshades is owned and run by Melanie and David Holmes together with their highly skilled and dedicated team all of whom have a vast experience in lampshade making. The business was started in the 1960's so we have seen many changes as fashions come and go.We are based on the Shropshire Welsh border midway between Chester and Shrewsbury. OUR AIM
We work with a vast range of clients ranging from lighting retailers through to interiors designers, antique dealers and hotel refurbishments and film and tv productions to name but a few.We have worked together with the fabulous Downton Team on each series creating new styles to suit each era.
From Contemporary to traditional and period styles our aim is to work with you on your specific projects creating exclusive lampshades to suit your clients individual requirements.

OUR PRODUCTS
We source textiles from all corners of the globe enabling us to offer you an amazing range of embroidered silks, plain silk dupions and chiffons, printed velvets, linens and brocades in a wide range of colours. We carefully match these fabrics with elaborate or classic trimmings to suit. All our shades are hand made by us in the UK.We have the capability to turn around large orders to meet your deadline.
